1.Three ways that I would like to improve or grow
with regards to planning include adding more digital
tools to a unit, including more collaboration in a unit,
and using more rubrics to plan a project outcome.

2.I can improve the way I assess and evaluate student growth
and learning by using a variety of technology. There are
websites that I can use to find different types of assessments
instead of just the traditional methods, and there are surveys that
I can use online to determine where my students are in their learning. When I evaluate my students' learning, I can track their growth with different computer programs or websites. These are a few ways that I can improve evaluating my students with technology.

4.In order to promote and model digital citizenship and responsibility, I am going to teach my students more about the Internet, use the Internet for more then just research, and discuss blogging and personal websites.

5. To improve in engaging in professional growth and leadership, I can share the different digital tools and resources that I've learned from the current graduate class I'm taking my my collegues at a faculty meeting or other meeting. I can also join educator networks to learn more.
